CANCELLATIONS * Cancellations are accepted not less than 24 hours before appointments. * If you are sick or experiencing COVID symptoms/waiting on COVID test results PLEASE RESCHEDULE or book 2 weeks out. * Cancellations and rescheduling less than 24 hours to your appointment will be charged no-show fee that is 100% of the service fee. * Cancellation and no-shows will be charges to the credit card on file. If your card is declined, a hold will be out on your profile on our system. * By having a card on file and reading and understanding these policies, you are giving Aken Beauty Lounge the permission to charge your card in the even of a late, cancellation, and or no-show. LATE ARRIVALS If you are running 5-10 minutes late, please give us a call and we will try to accomodate you but you will get only the time remaining for your scheduled service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschesule and charge and additional 50% of your reserved service. REFUND POLICIES We do our best to make our customers as happy as possible but we are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointment/sessions for individual services. Packages, or series. All services are final. However, we can apply your credits towards other services. PAYMENT We accept all credit cards, cash and payment through Cash ap and Zelle.
